Do you hold estate sales or buy the contents?
Estate sales are a core service. Depending on your goals and the contents, we can also discuss purchases of selected items or connections through our buyer network. We’ll agree on a specific plan with you.
Can you help with just part of an estate?
Yes. Tell us about the pieces, collection, or inventory you want to sell, and anything you plan to keep.
Do I need to sort everything first?
No. A short description, room photos, and close-ups of notable pieces are a useful starting point. You don’t need a complete inventory.
What happens to things that don’t sell?
We’ll discuss the remaining contents and any removal arrangements in advance. Donation may be an option for usable goods; acceptance depends on the receiving organization.
Does this include selling the house or land?
Our services focus on belongings and home contents. We do not sell real estate, land, or financial holdings.
What happens after I reach out?
